Our service uses cookies from Google Analytics. Please refer to the section “Google Analytics” for more information.

Information about Google Services

We use various services of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland in order to provide our service.

For more information about each of the specific services of Google that we use on in providing our services, see the below privacy policy.

By incorporating Google services, Google may collect information (including personally identifiable information) and process it. It cannot be ruled out that Google also transmits the collected information to a server in a third country.

We ourselves cannot influence which data Google actually collects and processes. Google states, however, that in principle the following information (including personal data) can be processed:

– Protocol data (especially the IP address)

– Location- related information

– Unique application numbers

– Cookies and similar technologies

More detailed information can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy/update?hl=en#infocollect .

If you’re signed into your Google Account, Google may add the processed information to your account and treat it as personally identifiable information, depending on your account settings. See specifically https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ .

Google implements the following:

“We may associate personally identifiable information from one service with information and personal information from other Google services. This makes it easier, for example, to share content with friends and acquaintances. Depending on your account settings, your activity on other websites and in apps may be linked to your personal information in order to improve Google and Google advertising services. (Https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies /privacy/index.html)

Use of Google Web Fonts

We use external fonts for our services, so-called Google fonts. Google Fonts is a service of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The integration of the web fonts takes place via an interface (“API”) to the Google services. By incorporating the web fonts, Google may collect information (including personal information) and process it. It cannot be ruled out that Google also transmits the information to a server in a third country.

For information about Google’s existing Privacy Shield certification and other relevant data processing by Google as part of the use of Google services, please refer to the “Information about Google Services” section of this privacy policy.

We ourselves do not collect any data as part of the provision of Google Fonts.

By integrating Google Fonts, we have the purpose of displaying uniform fonts on your device.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is Article 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest for this lies in the great benefits that a uniform representation of the typefaces offers. Due to the uniform presentation, we have less design efforts than we would have if we had to respond to font standards of different operating systems or browsers with their own graphically adapted web pages. In addition, Google has a legitimate interest in the collected (personal) information in order to improve its own services.

For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy, which you can access here:

You can also find more detailed information about the information processed at https://policies.google.com/privacy/update?hl=en#infocollect and https://privacy.google.com/businesses/adsservices/ .

We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization (“Anonymize IP”). As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

We integrate Google Analytics in order to enable us to report to our customers data based on the aggregated behavior of Tokabot system users, without revealing personal data of individual users.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is Article 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our justified legitimate interest lies in the great benefit that the functions described above have for our service. The statistical analysis of user behavior enables us to respond in particular to an interest-based reaction and to optimizing our service.

We have a legitimate interest to provide you with our service and subsequently anonymize personal data to provide our customers with our related services.

As part of order processing, Google is authorized to engage subcontractors. A list of these subcontractors can be found at https://privacy.google.com/businesses/subprocessors/ .
